As a new customer I can say so far that they do not have 24/7 tech support. They do have a phone system that is on 24/7, that's it. It's been two weeks and I've been getting the run around in reguards to transfering my existing web site. My advice so far is that this outfit is lacking tremendously in customer service.

There plan sounds attactive so I made a try. the first time after filling the application I was asked to fax back address information along with credit card number, ok I did that then I haven't heard anything back from them ever since, my email got ignored as well. So I resubmitted the again, it's even worse, I didn't receive any confirmation after clicking the 'submit'. No email, no phone call. Based on my experience I have to say their customer service is rather weird since they don't seem to care about a new subscriber.

I signed up with them after finding them rated top 10 hosting company, and I`ve really been happy with their service. Support is better than I`ve ever had (I`ve had very bad support!!, Don`t sign up StartLogic!!), and my website loads really fast.

In this case, the terminal user is not directly on the Internet, but is using a machine that is.
