I had no complaints until recently. Now all of a sudden I am experiencing difficulty accessing my e-mail accounts associated with my domain. E-mail is an essential tool for me so this is a major setback. I hope the problem is fixed soon.

Doteasy is one of my favorite hosts! I have never, ever had a problem with them- in 3 years! My e-mail still works fine, even though I sold my domain over a year ago to someone else. If you don't require MySQL or Perl for your pages, I'd highly recommend them!

Service has become very erratic and/or extremely slow to process. Until recently, Doteasy was great; but, now, it is hard to log on if I can get on at all. Maybe if they told us what was going on we might have some patience.

I have a few accounts with Doteasy and although the plan is an excellent value, the service has really dropped off over the course of this year. Sporadic black-outs, trouble with e-mail and their customer service is almost non-existent. I have stopped recommending Doteasy to friends, I hate to leave them but they have become very unreliable.

Can't beat it with a bat. Couldn't be happier. Only drawback is anytime you use one of their services (ie: web counter) they slap a small dot easy banner on it.

Their customer service is non-existent. I couldn't upload a web for my client because of file size limitations on the FREE HOSTING (20 mb) so I ordered (and paid for via credit card) an upgrade to Ultra Hosting. Three days later I have still not received the upgraded package and can not publish my client's web. In other words - I did not get what I have paid for. Plus, I have sent them three emails requesting assistance/resolution and there has been no response. They do not list any telephone numbers for tech support or customer service, they do not reply to their emails within 24 hours (as they say they will), but they sure do take your money. I see no advantage to their service. I feel I've been taken and I intend to file offical complaints and charges.

I chose their free plan back over 2 years ago, and it worked flawlessly for the 1 year I had it. I had to chose something that held more space for what I needed, which had me drop them, but I am definitely coming back now that they have an ultra plan with what I need.

Doteasy is by far the best thing I've ever come across online. I don't know what other's complaints are all about...I've always had excellent and quick customer service. Maybe those other users' lack of knowledge is their main problem. I have several accounts with Doteasy and have recommended them to many others. Not one complaint yet. I highly recommend them!

I have used doteasy.com for several years now and it has done exactly as it says: no fees, no advertising, no hassle. I can't believe that they can afford to do this. I can't believe that anyone needing a web site doesn't take advantage of this! Tox

I've been with Doteasy basic service for 22 months now, and I'm very happy. I have no complaints about hosting my website. I use Doteasy mostly for my E-mail. I can have 10 accounts at 5 mb each, and unlimited aliases. There are some minor problems with the E-mail. About once a month it's down for an hour or two, and the sessions time out quickly, making my rating a 9 instead of a 10. I've always gotten friendly and relatively quick customer service. The 'hidden charge' is 25$US domain registration, which is quite reasonable considfering that's all you have to pay for the year. All in all, it's a great value and I'd very highly recommend it. At least 3 people I know use it, and are all happy with it.

Dont like the footer they include with every email you send from your account. How can you run a company with some chessy advertizing included wiht each of your emails. VERY TACKY INDEED!!!!

I have been with doteasy for 3+ years and set up over 15 domains with them. You cannot beat the price. Set-up for a domain is about two days the same as a response from customer service. The server is fast and reliable. There have only been very sporadic outages in the three years which can be found with every provider. 10+ for small business/family home page/etc.

Great value for the money. The uploading is very simple and fast. It is banner free for the web page but the didn`t say that the email would have two line ad at the bottom. I use it for a personal web page so I can tolerate the ad on the email I send. I recommend it to everyone that asks who I use for a web hosting service.

Rating Doteasy should really be done in two parts; Free Hosting and Paid Hosting. I have been with Doteasy for over 2 years now with 3 domains being hosted with them. Their Free Hosting is without a doubt the best there is out there. It comes with 20Mb of space and 1GB of bandwidth. You also get great email tools with forwarding, auto-response, and other useful features. Their paid Ultra Hosting though is not as competitive and not so reliable to run websites that cannot afford to be down. Sophisticated webmasters should look elsewhere.

Doteasy is a great deal, but you get what you pay for. Many times my images will not load from their servers on my pages they are hosting for me. They told me it was my connection, but I have tested this on many different computers with the same result.

I have hosted 5 free hosting sites with them, some of them for as long as five years. I have not had a problem, including no problem with uploading graphics, even before I had a high speed internet connection. Their e-mail customer service is prompt and efficient. Voice customer service is better, but that is too much to expect for a "free service."

Great deal for the money. Never had any poblems, and just for the record the banner is only included if you use a program like outlook etc and then set the SMTP to mail.domain.com, but if you follow their directions and set it to use your ISP`s SMTP server, there are no bottom ads on emails, so 10/10 no contest

They are great. The only problem is that now they add ad (promoting themselves) at the end of your e-mails. It is bad. And sucks if you are an affiliate.
