It is one of the BEST packages I saw, and I did a lot research. There are a few comparable and maybe even one $ cheaper. But in the 4 months I have been with Bluehost it has been very reliable and incredibly feature rich. I host 3 domains there in one package and have had no problems whatsoever. The only minus, what for some people can be a big minus, is, that the customer support can be incredible slow and sometimes you don’t get an answer at all until you mail them three or four times. By slow I mean you have to wait for 2 to 10 days. But everything else is superior!!!

Helped with the transfer. Beats the hell out of DDIHosting.net which you could set your watch to blackouts. Rock on. If your second guessing stop because this host is great.

I’ve been with Blue Host for one year now. They are the BEST! Best overall and best value. Outstanding customer service. The company is always making improvements AND they are HONEST. A novice might find it a little challenging to figure everything at first, but once you do the number of features is unbeatable. Brad

After suffering with another host that took days to reply to email trouble tickets, BlueHost is a treat; a budget-priced host with a full range of services and 800# support that picks up on the second ring -- and actually solves your problem. A few minor bumps getting everything running properly, but overall excellent quality and an outstanding value.

Yes they do offer very good facilities for the price. However since I have joined them (which was only a few weeks ago), the server which held my account crashed, resulting in long periods of downtime to repair a fragmentation problem, the stats were broken, and when I asked customer support to fix them, they didn`t as they "have some other issues that have taken precidence" (sic) ... now no-one can send e.mails to my bluehost accounts if they have any sort of attachments (yet somehow the ones which actually contained viruses got through!) ... As I said at the beginning, this is a really good service when it works, but if something does go wrong, the customer service is pretty awful and dismissive, so don`t rely on getting it fixed! regards from Paul.

Without a doubt, a great hosting solution. I have several domains with this host and am extremely satisfied with product, performance, and support. Their support really shines. They are very attentive and helpful. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved within 24 hours or less.

As far as the features - they`re probably unbeatable, but what`s with all the downtime lately? Much to frequent for my taste. They`re tooting their horn about the excellent support - not so! Sometimes, you have to repeatedly email them to get a response. I know, I`ve tried to talk to them about the frequent down times - it`s supposed to be hardware upgrades. If that`s the case, they must be planned ahead of time - why don`t they inform their users that the downtime will occur? Very frustrating. Other than that, I`m still with them. Not planning on bailing yet. We`ll see how the "new and improved" hardware will fare.

This host is awesome. One of the very few to offer shell access and multiple databases. Cost is really attractive. I hope it lasts!

This host has so mutch good Quality features and I like the way theyve done a demo but anyway its so cheap for me as im in the uk its only £3.81 I think as on the website its in dollars

Best features $7 plan gives you WAY MORE stuff than you will ever need. Other companys give you like 1 domain name and 1 database. Blue host gives you 5 addon domains and 10 databases. The features dont stop there but look at there site to see the rest. Also #1 reason I moved to Bluehost is the great customer service/support from them. There tech support is great and they also are open alot more hours than many hosts. There open till 10pm thats great for people who work. If you get off work at 6pm and get home good luck calling most hosts there closed. Blue host is still there. Overall I think there number one by far!

THEY NOW OFFER DOUBLE THE SPACE FOR FREE AND 75 GIG BANDWIDTH Could it get any better? I'm with bluehost and its better than any other host.

Whoa! Can I say anymore, yes. I do agree with the other reviewers that this is the best host for it`s price! Period! I also did research and found no other compared to this host. I am a new web developer and having that easy to use control panel gives me all the tools I need with a boost of easy access. I can`t believe I got so much stuff out of the package for only $6.95 a month. I dont get what all those other host`s offer that bluehost offers for a cheaper price. I only have 1 negative comment- Their HTML editor has to go. That thing sucks, but again who the heck uses an online editor when you got a desktop program that already does everything(uploading ect). Whoever created this host is a freakin genius. It`s like Gmail vs Hotmail...but gmail sucks anyways. laterz...

Wow, is all I can say, I signed up for there hosting and I was trying to install PHP Classifieds which they don`t support directly, nor would I expect them to, I just couldn`t get it to work, one email to Cody in Tech Support and he installed it for me and its working great! I have never had this kind of support from a WebHost. Cheers!

Awsome host mutch better than all the other once I have heard about. I bought a website on bluehost and the web pages load really fast and the support is excellent - I sent an email to them and got a reply the same day

The signup went easy enough and everything seemed to work right away. I have to disagree on the server load, as described earlier. I'm on "box15", it's still only *the first week* and it crashed today for some unknown reason, couldn't POP email, called/waited on hold for five minutes, the tech said they didn't know why it was down and said they were rebooting. I'm not impressed.

I've been with Bluehost now for 4 months and am extremely satisfied. Customer service is swift and cordial. Server response time is very adaquate and downtime very good. They offer one of the most diverse package of services yet, for a great price. I recommend Bluehost to my friends.

I don't understand how the ratings are based but, (if you didn't notice) from a simple comparison when everyone submitted their reviews if you look over to the left it speaks for itself just with the numbers alone. How did Bluehost get #4. I don't know how people shop these days but I believe that if your company won the best support category including a simple price comparison with the top four hosting site. What else do you need to get that number #1 spot? Service and affordability is always at the top of my list and BLUEHOST.COM MEETS BOTH CATEGORY IN MY RATING BOOK. I have clients on IPOWERWEB and APLUS and when my clients plan are ready to expire I will move them to Bluehost not for the price and great customer support but because they offer more features and versatility with their control panel. That's my two cents. RS

The best features for a very attractive price... But what about service and support? Great during the first two months. My opinion about this host 7 months after I subscribed is quite bad - too many outages, with no mail notification, no explanation !!? - no answer to mail request, either support or commercial. Conclusion: I am now looking for a new host :(

I have been with bluehost for about a month. My site is constantly unavailable, and the tech suppost people constantly make up stuff. My site didnt show up for over an hour, so I called, I asked if they had a server down. They told me NO! So when I explained my site was unreachable, they decided that they had 1 server down, and that was the one I was on. They told me another user was abusing the system and it would get cleared up soon. 1 month later same stuff several times a day. I guess this is a good place for warez dumps but not serious sites.

I think the site might be a good site to invest in. However, when I tried to start the demo to access the tools so I could see how user free it was it didn't work. That deterred me from signing us.

I was subscribed to bluehost for almost 2 to 3 years. But recently I had some problems with my files on the server being edit or go missing. Suddenly my admin panel will not be working. For the first round, i re-uploaded my admin panel and did not contact bluehost. But after sometime not even logging into my ftp account, the missing file problem arise again. This time i contacted bluehost. I understood from some articles that their server was hacked recently and when i mentioned that in my email, they told me its not their fault but its my files that is not secured. I told them i'm just a layman user, i just upload my files to their server and just hope my web site works. What is this about securing my files? They did not say more on how they can help me and from their emails i could tell they do not wish to help. I told them if this is the case I would like to move my files to another hosting and they gladly ask me to go ahead with the migration to another hosting. I am not sure if they even moved an inch to show that they like to help, instead pushes the problem to their subscribers. We are just users that upload our web site to their server and hope it runs, I think its minimum for hosting companies to ensure that no unauthorized users gets to the files on their server. I hope the people who wish to apply for bluehost be aware of what they will do to their customers and will not end up like me. Now they tell me they do not backup my files and i am going to sort out the problems with the site myself. At the same time i am searhcing for a new hosting. I am running an ecommerce site, so because of all these I had to halt my online business. I really hope the users out there get to know about this
