I've had a few problems but they were all sorted out reasonably well. The support interface is functional and gets the job done. Support ticket generation and problem resolution is good. I have never tried phone support. I hope that I will not have to :) Keep in mind they're so cheap, so what they offer is well within reasonable expectations of what good value is.

My business relies on showing people what I can do, and then doing it. a-host.net helps me to take care of the showing. What I like most is the flexibility I have with types of programs I can use on the server, as well as the database capabilities. Their response time is exemplary. I'm a service business, my customers expect the best. I also expect the best. And I get it with a-host.net.

I wanted to start a blog, so I bought cheap hosting from A-Host. The hosting is perfect for my needs, but the solution has some limitations. Since I didn't know how much hosting space I needed I selected the cheapest hosting plan. What they don't tell you is that a hosting plan also require you to either move or get a new domain. The domains are also more expensive with a-host than with the typical hosting company. I could accuse them of bad marketing, since they state they are cheap, but to be fair: their hosting space it is PRETTY CHEAP. Customer support is very good, fast and reliable. if you just want an easy solution for your blog, and don't have any special requirements this is a web hosting company for you.

Best customer service - amazing response time, clear answers. Easy set-up in cpanel as well, and an excellent price! Perhaps the servers could be better, but I'm not that technical so I don't know. I would highly recommend a-host to everyone. Cheers!

I was amazed that I was even able to get ahold of someone on a Saturday night .the guy I spoke with was super nice and helpful and made me feel reassured about my decision to host with A-Host!

I have very good experience with Ahost - I personally have 3 sites hosted there. The support has been just of great and their rates are very competitive too. The best part is that they are available over phone 24X7 and always have some solution available to my problems. You cannot go wrong with Ahost if you need a shared or vps hosting solution.

I also have had a good experience with a-host. They are inexpensive and their support team really helped me out with my scripting issue that was causing me headaches. Two thumbs up for these guys! for sure!

A-Host are probably among the most pleasant companies I have ever worked with. Their live chat help has helped me quickly solve problems that otherwise would have taken many hours in getting setup.
